The EnergyExplorium is located at McGuire Nuclear Station in Huntersville, N.C. and open by appointment only, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (excluding holidays).
The EnergyExplorium is a popular destination for middle and high school students, civic groups and anyone who is interested in learning about nuclear energy and Lake Norman. It's also an ideal destination for local school field trips and unique gatherings.
The EnergyExplorium is open by appointment only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Appointments are required. Group sizes are limited to 50 students/people.
