Are you eligible?
Check your eligibility by signing in to your online account. Once you’re on your online account dashboard page, go to the Billing & Payments section at the top of the page. From there, select Payment Assistance Options and select Disconnect Date Extension to get started. Please note, if you do not see this option offered, your account number is not eligible for this option.
