EV Complete Program Guide

For renters with an existing charger who may be interested in a low-cost upgrade or replacement, our Charger Solution program is right for you! This program offers a 48-month term rental of a Level 2 home EV charger, including the cost of installation, warranty and maintenance.*

Throughout the term, you will operate the charger and Duke Energy will retain ownership and responsibility for troubleshooting and maintenance.

* Work that must be performed to prepare your home for the charger (conduit, wiring, increased capacity, etc.) is not covered under the program.
