Avoid Delays
We have been made aware of numerous site readiness issues related to builders installing the expansion couplings in various locations on the conduit risers.
Our installation crews have attempted to work with the builders to address issues while the crews are on-site, as opposed to leaving and rescheduling the job.
Effective Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, sites where the expansion coupling is not installed properly will be immediately failed and the builder will need to reschedule. Work requests have a 10-business-day install window. So please follow installation guidelines to avoid delays.
