Save Time and Money with the Online Business Experience

Managing a business involves constant demands competing for your time and money. Our online Business Experience offers a variety of tools to help you streamline the process for paying your energy bills – so you can put that time and money back into your business. Read on for a quick insight into all the features available to you when you sign up (or log in) to your online account.

Pay Multiple Bills Online with One Transaction

Your online dashboard shows you the combined balances due for all your accounts. Simply select the accounts you want to pay and submit one electronic payment from a checking or savings account. One bank transaction and no fee. Prefer to see each account payment debited bank individually for accounting purposes? You have that option as well.

Realign your Billing Due Dates

Have multiple accounts that are due at different times of the month? Use the Pick Your Due Date feature to make all your bills due at the same time. If you would rather spread your bills out a bit more to help with your cash flow, you can choose to set due dates for different times of the month. One thing to note, you can change each account due date only one time per year.

Download a Payment Spreadsheet to Mail a Check (Coming Soon)

Hot off the presses! We’re just finishing up a new enhancement for businesses that want to pay by check. Once live, you will be able to click “Pay by Mail” to download a spreadsheet to send with your check. This will easily allow our payment processing group to scan the spreadsheet and your check – distributing funds to the correct accounts. Keep an eye on your online dashboard in the coming weeks.

Make the Information Come to You (and Others)

Knowing that you and others will receive key information automatically can save you a lot of time and mental gymnastics. With our preferences and notifications function, you can send email and text notifications to yourself and others automatically. For example, billing and payment alerts can be sent to you and an accountant. Not only that, but let’s say you want to keep managers and facilities informed if an outage occurs. You can set up alerts for up to 10 email addresses and 10 phone numbers.

Track your Energy Usage and Find Opportunities to Save

When you know how and where your business uses energy, it’s easier to implement strategies to optimize usage. Sign in to easily view and track energy usage for each account – from monthly usage down to daily 15-minute intervals.

Check your Rate

You may already be on the lowest rate available, but it couldn’t hurt to check. In the online business experience, select Rate Analysis from the Usage drop-down menu to explore your business rate options.

Leveraging the online business experience can help you control your energy use and bills while providing easier access to important tools and customized energy-saving features.

If you’ve not yet signed up or don’t regularly use your online account, you could be missing out. Start taking advantage of all the business experience has to offer and sign up (or log in) today.
