Clean Energy Connection
For residential, small, medium, and large business customersThe Clean Energy Connection (CEC) program, currently under development, would allow residential and business customers to participate in the financial and environmental benefits of renewable energy without installing their own systems. Customers would subscribe to a capacity of a community solar facility, pay a subscription fee, and receive the environmental attributes and monetary credit on their bill for the generation produced. Duke Energy is hosting a stakeholder webinar for this program on August 28th, 2024. To register, please email CustomerRenewablePrograms@duke-energy.com.
