We’ll be Making System Updates Soon

We’re making several upgrades to our systems the weekend of April 19-21. While this work takes place, login access to your online account will be temporarily unavailable. Most of these updates will begin at 7 p.m., Friday, April 19. By early Monday morning, April 22, all features should be reinstated and fully accessible.

The website, the Duke Energy app and our automated phone systems will all be limited during this time. Features unavailable through the weekend time frame will include the ability to make payments, review bills,* access past energy usage, enroll in programs, and request to start or stop service. Assistance Agencies will be unable to access account balances or submit pledges.

Because payment options will be inaccessible over the weekend, disconnections for nonpayment will be suspended while this work is underway.

*Please note that access to view bills will be unavailable starting at 7 p.m. on April 18, a day in advance of the upgrades getting underway.
